Cartoon Horse on Orange Glass II

This horse is made of dichroic glass and opaque glass decorated with patterns created using rubber stamps and enamel glass paint. It was fired at a temperature that allowed the horse to remain raised above the orange background, giving the piece dimension and energy.

This filly is young and very pretty. She has exuberant movement and loves to run in the paddock. Fortunately, she is well mannered under saddle and in the barn. Her human dotes on her and grooms her from head to toe every day, as you can see by her gleaming hooves, and shiny mane and coat.
