Poseiden Mounted Silver Charm

$129.00

This silver charm is modeled on an ancient Greek coin which features Poseidon sitting astride a horse. In Greek mythology, Poseidon was the god of the sea, storms, earthquakes, and horses. He is often depicted riding in a water-borne chariot pulled by hippocampi, creatures that are half horse and half fish. His connection to the sea is more familiar to most people than his connection to horses. The Greeks believed he created the first horse and he was the father of many more. His most famous offspring is the winged horse Pegasus.

You’ll have the option of adding a chain to your order in the shopping cart, and we’ll assemble your bracelet for you before shipping.

Note: your handmade piece may vary slightly from the one pictured as no two are exactly alike.
