Welcome to the Equestrian Artisan website, and thanks for taking a moment to review my policies. If you have questions about something that isn’t covered here, please let me know. I welcome your questions and feedback.

100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee:

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. With the exception of custom orders, you may return any item purchased here for a full refund within 30 days of the date of the sale. You also have the option of applying the value of your order to the purchase of another item.

Returns and Exchanges:

To return your item(s):

  • Please call or email to let us know you are sending us a return so we will be on the look-out for it, and make sure we have both your email address an phone number in case we need to reach you.
  • Use a traceable shipping method to return your merchandise, and insure the package. Equestrian Artisan cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipment, so make sure to ship your item in a box, NOT a padded envelope.
  • Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  • Let us know if you want to apply the price of the returned object towards an exchange for something else, and if so, what you would like to replace it with.
  • Your return will be processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase.

 

Repairs:

If you receive a damaged product we will replaceor repair it for free. Contact us as soon as you receive it to let us know the problem, and follow the return shipping instructions above.  Repairs after the initial 30 day return period are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and nature of repair. Please call or email us with a description of the problem and we will let you know whether there is a repair fee.

 

Payment Processing:

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Note: You do not need a PayPal account to place your order.

 

Shipping & Handling:

With the exception of custom orders, all orders are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment.


Domestic Shippingwithin the US
:

  • Orders under $250 are shipped according to the method you choose when checking out.
  • Orders $250 and over receive FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail including insurance.

Shipping to Canada:

  • Orders under $250 are shipped according to the method you choose when checking out.
  • Orders $250 and over receive FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail including insurance.

International Shipping Outside US and Canada

  • Items are shipped according to the method you choose when checking out.

 

Back Orders:

If you order a piece that is not in stock, we will email you an estimate of how long it will take to produce. You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders require payment of 50% of the agreed upon purchase price before work commences, and payment of the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. Custom orders are not shipped until full payment has been received.

 

Technical Details:

All of the work sold on this site is handmade, unless it is specifically identified as machine-made in the description. Due to the handmade nature of my work each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the item you see pictured here.
