This horse features many kinds of glass – opaque, transparent, dichroic, hand painted, and hand stamped. The variety of shapes, colors and textures, give him a wonderful lively expression as he jumps over a white obstacle. Additional dimension was created by tack fusing the piece — heating the glass just enough for the pieces to stick together but not enough for them to melt down into the mint glass.
