Cartoon Horse On Lime Green #2

These horses are made of an eclectic assortment of colored glass, giving each one a distinct personality. This one includes many shades of blue and green, with accents of ivory, orange, red, and yellow. The design on the body of the horse was created with a rubber stamp and enamel glass paint. The shoulder and stifle joints, as well as the hooves, are made from dichroic glass dots. It was fired at a temperature that allowed the pieces of the horse to remain raised above the green background, giving the piece a feeling of movement and vitallity.
