Forest Fern Silver Pendant

This silver pendant was made by pressing a wild fern into two discs of silver clay while they were still soft. Each disc was left to dry on a slightly convex mold, then the two sides were joined together leaving a hollow center. They were then fired at 1,600 degrees to fully sinter the clay.
